Shiraz
This Shiraz shows aromas of dark berries, black pepper and violets which lead to a palate of ripe plum, subtle spice and a savoury edge. The natural freshness brings lift and finesse to this bold expressive red wine.
Chardonnay
This unoaked Chardonnay is about bright citrus notes—lemon zest, grapefruit, and green apple that are layered over a clean, flinty minerality. Fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, it’s a wine that speaks of limestone-rich soils, mountain breezes, and hands-off winemaking.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Delicately hued and refreshingly dry, this Rosé is made from carefully selected grapes, blended to perfection. Notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, and a hint of pink grapefruit unfold on a crisp, mineral palate. The mountain breezes and limestone soils lend a clean finish and refined texture, making it the perfect companion to summer meals and open skies.
